1.     We are not selling your data, and will never do. It is kept safe within our secured database.

2.     You can ask us to send you your data, but it is quite simple: we keep track of the information you give us, the pages you visit on our website, and we keep track of your activity on our training system.

Purposes and legal basis of processing and storage period
We process personal data for various purposes, which can be broadly grouped as follows:
§  general use of our platforms and services, where our processing of data is based on a legitimate interest (pursuit of our company's interests) or on your consent
§   use of first and last names and email addresses on our online course platform
§  processing of information about companies and their employees, where our data processing is based on a legitimate interest, contract, or legal obligation.
§   sending newsletters
The personal data of the data subject is kept for as long as the purpose exists. The drone-related European regulations also ask us that we keep track of our students for a period of 5 years.
 
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
We sometimes use subcontractors. As a result, they may receive personal data. In addition, we may also transmit or provide data to third parties with the customer's consent or under a contract with the customer to receive data as described in this document.
